It doesn't matter what the price is, I just want to know what the most powerful computers that can help me with those three things are.|||Video editing (especially HD) and Gaming are the two most common applications that place high demand on a PC's components (digital art is much less so, unless it's interactive 3D). Video editing usually stresses the cpu and memory, gaming stresses the graphics most.
Gaming is the biggest market of those three area, so buying a high end gaming computer will give you one that can also do the other functions quite well. An excellent system would have an Intel Core i7 processor with 6+GB of Memory and an ATI Radeon HD 5870 video card. That will cost you about $2K for the computer tower only - monitor(s) not included.
Outfits that specialize in configuring these type computers include:

Or you can buy the parts and build your dream machine for somewhat less:

You are better off building your own computer, or buying a Mac, and dual booting Windows (with Boot Camp, for gaming), and using OSX for video editing and digital art.
But building your own custom PC is a better option.|||Its easier and cheaper to build your own....no main stream pc manufacture HP, Dell, Gateway etc...dont make a balls out computer...go to Newegg.com and buy it all and put it together your self...youll be happier
