TEC DIPLOMA IN GAMES AND DIGITAL ARTS IN Toronto Canada?

I want to do BTEC Diploma in games and Digital Arts in Toronto. I dont know which university is offering this diploma in reasonable fee. I even want to know its duration. Kindly someone help me to find out. And what is its scope please.|||Just as an FYI, most of the schools offering such programs will be private colleges. Stay away from those.
