Please help, im in the biggest art block ever and nothing seems to be getting rid of it?

so far ive tried to not do art for a day, play video games and breathe. What are the best things you can do to get yourself out of a mega art block.

Because it keeps the everything around you clean. You can see the darkness in a bird stalking it's prey in a field.
