What is the occupation called where you design the art of a game (eg. creating armour and weapons)?

i am 14 and i am very interested in art and video game. i want to combine them together and be a person who designs weaponry and armoury within a game. i cant really describe what it does, but i know i want to be a game artist. i would like to know, what is the official occupation called?? is it level designer, game designer or art designer?? because they all kinda mean different things and i am very confused|||Graphics design, the same profession as designing print ads. Take fine arts courses (usually just called Art in high school) and go for a BA in Fine Arts.
