I want to create a monopoly game for Expressive Art Therapy. Any suggestions on how to change the board ?

There are many different modalities in expressive Arts therapy, Dance Therapy, Music therapy, etc. This is a school project. Perhaps the goal is to graduate with credits and additional license to practice? Can someone help me change this so that the game plays well?|||i am making own now for christmas. you could make board were you can go two ways. or put more than own jail or even put more or less property on the board.
