Do you need to have art skill to get into the video game career?

I want to get into the video game career area or computer animation. But I wanted to know if I needed to have skill in art to be any good.|||OMG, I want to be a video game designer. Well, sorry to be the bump on the log, but you REALLY do not art skills. Any animation or things that require you to draw, you will need to be decent. If you want to code the game, as in the controls, enviroment actions, you dont need art skills.|||Not always because there are lot of other video game related jobs that u don't need art skills but most u do and so it would be useful. But for computer animation you really do kind of need art skills.
