its obviously not art actually playing the game but when developers make a game they incorporate art into it (the graphical style, the dialogue, the character/creature designs, the music). Video games in a way are a combination of different art forms
I think so. The about of design and imagination the goes into some of them makes me feel they are an art form. Plus the literal art of the graphics is definitely art.
