Are there any computer games that can be valued as art?

And I don't mean the graphics. I'm looking for games that have meaning and can make you think or feel something in the way (some) books and movies do. Are there any?Are there any computer games that can be valued as art?

Assassins Creed II (though this is better on console than pc)Are there any computer games that can be valued as art?
World of Warcraft - it's not perfect but why would 12 mil people play it then? Because it's fun mostly, but also it lets you travel in the whole new world - magic, kings, beautiful futuristic landscapes. There are books and older warcraft games that tell pretty long story about that universe, and it still develops. It's has really big storyline, everything is connected together, it's interesting. IF you play on role-play PVE servers most players would stick to rules set by Blizzard - you can feel yourself like in fairytale. Also as you character develops you have to travel through different worlds, interact with different characters, and along the way you learn than whole story which is pretty interesting. There are a lot of WOW haters, but every game at the end is what you make it for yourself, especially one like WOW.
