I think yes because first thy have a story, which writing is a form of art, you know storytelling, second they got visuals, Designs,landscapes, which all involve some form of art, and the music in the background, MUSIC is art. SO yes it is

Can video games be considered a legitimate form of art? Why or why not? They seem somewhat?
