Things like games are also protected in terms of "intellectual property." The design, logo and artwork belongs to the manufacturer in terms of copyright, patent and trademark, and the "idea" of it belongs to them as well.

For example, the folks who made the Spiderman movies had to have permission from those who hold the all rights to Spiderman. The fact that the movie is another medium does not negate the rights held by others regarding Spiderman.

I don't know what you mean "to make it in real life" and "made it reality." You certainly can act out a game if you like. You cannot however profit from it and the idea does not belong to you.Copyright rules in games, art etc?
Exactly how much infomration about the object is in the game will affect how much royalties you owe. The uniqueness of the technology will also play a role in their rights. Copyright %26amp; patent lawyers stay very busy with al the details on these things.Copyright rules in games, art etc?
It can be copyright infringement! It can also cause other intellectual property problems like interfering with trademarks, patents, and moral rights.
That's still copyright infringement.
