Do i need art/DT graphics to be a game desginer/games content developer?

I love gaming and computers, and the best career for me is probably games designer, or a games content developer.

However, i cannot draw to save my life and im not the best at DT graphics design (though i am not a catastrophe at it)Do i need art/DT graphics to be a game desginer/games content developer?
There are plenty of other areas of game development you can do that also fall into the category of game designer/developer. Such as:

Story line and plot.

Team coordinator.

Game bug tester/reporter.

Game graphic integration.

Widget designer/maker.

Interface.

Sound effects, and music.

Etc, etc, etc.
