What are some 'art' video games?

I know the definition of art is vague and I don't play too many video games(so excuse my ignorance). But I mean it like this, you have the hollywood blockbusters that get pumped out for mainstream audiences and you have films and animations that would screen at art museums that are considered 'high art'. The nature of our society would mean the commercial games would be far more likely to be not only made in the first place since it's more profitable, but also more marketed and recognised. Now that I think about it, making these kinds of games doesn't seem profitable. But surely they exist. The closest thing I have come across is probably something like ICO(which I am yet to get my hands on). Does anyone have any suggestions? What are some 'art' video games?
here is a youtube vid that i commented on and had a reply about it being based on art or something of the sort

Shadow of the colossus, legend of zelda series (its mainstream but close to what your looking for too. OKAMI that just poped into my head, that is your perfect game, no question asked. theres also Katamari damacy, God of War (very violent but the detail for a older game is extraordinary, as many complex puzzles etc)

Beyond good and evil

metal gear solid

odin sphere

Psyconauts

all of theses are ps2 games. except Zelda which is worth going out and buying all the nitendo systems for.
