I'm not sure what your actual question is or if you are actually talking about video games or games in general. I'll choose to talk about video games.

I absolutely believe video games are art forms. Anything that involves creativity can arguably be considered art. Many aspects of video games are forms of art -- from the imagination of the game designers, to the concept art used to design the characters and scenery, to the writing that defines the story, to the nuances of AI interaction, and even to the elegant algorithms used to run processes within the game engine. Even the players can show creativity while playing the games. Therefore, video games may in fact be one of the most collaborative art forms of our time -- some more than others of course.

Perhaps one of the most artistic games on the horizon is Too Human by Silicon Knights for the Xbox 360; a unique take on Norse Mythology combined with innovative gameplay in an enormous, imaginative world.I'm iterested about the concept of games as art please ?
I've always found that finished games of go are beautiful to me. They show conflict, struggle, and resolution. It's cryptic but lucid at the same time, as it holds a record of the entire game, but a lay person usually can't even figure out what the final score was or who won. Go boards can be very meaningful, too. A good example would be the atomic bomb game, a game that was played as the final round between two great grandmasters just as the atomic bomb in Nagasaki went off, slowly killing one of the players' son. http://senseis.xmp.net/?AtomicBombGame

Chess sets are also quite artisitic, but for a different reason. Many powerful people played chess, and so many very expensive and interesting chess boards have been produced. Some have great historical value, especially given the relation between chess and battle tactics. Napoleon's chess boards, for instance, are a fine example of both art and history.

When you bring video games into the picture, you can ask whether they qualify as art. To me, many of them very much do, as much or more as film. Not every game is a work of art, but look at the rhythmic splendor of "Rez" or the film noir beauty of "Grim Fandango." One cannot deny that either game is unworthy of critical praise. There are several lengthy articles available on video games as art, and so I will not go further into it here.I'm iterested about the concept of games as art please ?
Before a game is created they use artwork to plan out and decide how to put the game into effect. Look up game design process's.
