Adobe Flash also lets you make artwork, animations, and games, but it's kinda hard to use for beginners, so you may need to get her a book on it. Plus, Flash is also kind of expensive. However, Flash is also a professional software that could help her later in finding jobs/careers. If you decide to get her computer software, a pc drawing tablet is a great device that lets you draw with a pen-like object to the computer. Musical instruments are also a great way to encourage creativity in children.
